This exterior house painting project in Port Orange, Florida took a bit of extra work. The main issue stemmed from the metal bands at the bottom of the house and around the windows and doors had been rusting and falling apart,which needed to be fixed before any painting could begin. So out with the old metal bands and in with new maintenance=free vinyl bands, along with new stucco, textured to match perfectly with the old stucco. We painted everything on the exterior of the home, including; walls, trim, soffit, fascia, gutters, downspouts, lamp post, pool deck, and even installed a new door! The result was a better-than-new, and now well protected, home that will be worry-free for years to come.
